All travel services are arranged in good faith through independent suppliers, and Travbeez acts only as an intermediary between the client and such suppliers.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

  • Comply with all rules, regulations, documentation requirements, and policies of airlines, hotels, transport operators, embassies, and government authorities

  • Carry valid travel documents including passport, visa, permits, insurance, and tickets

  • Ensure correctness of personal and travel details provided.

Travbeez shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect documents, denied boarding, visa rejection, immigration refusal, or non-compliance by the client.

3. Independent Third-Party Service Providers

All services arranged by Travbeez are independent contracts between the client and the respective service provider.

Travbeez shall not be liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or service deficiencies

  • Injuries, accidents, illness, loss of life

  • Loss or delay of baggage

  • Overbooking by airlines or hotels

  • Acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of third-party providers

Any claim must be addressed directly with the service provider concerned.

4. Changes in Itinerary

Travbeez reserves the right to alter, amend, or modify itineraries before or during travel due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Flight schedule changes or overbooking

  • Natural calamities or pandemics

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

  • Strikes, protests, or operational constraints

Such changes do not entitle the client to refunds or compensation. Reasonable alternatives may be offered where possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

Travbeez shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct or indirect loss

  • Consequential or incidental damages

  • Personal injury, sickness, or death

  • Financial loss or missed connections

In all circumstances, Travbeez’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service booked.

6. Force Majeure

Travbeez shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in services due to Force Majeure events, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • War, terrorism, civil unrest

  • Government actions, lockdowns, or restrictions

  • Strikes or supply shortages

All additional expenses arising from such events shall be borne by the client.

7. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.

Travbeez reserves the right to terminate the tour without refund if a client:

  • Causes disturbance or danger

  • Damages property

  • Violates local laws or regulations

Any damages or losses caused by the client shall be recovered from the client directly.

8. Cancellation & Amendments

  • Cancellations are subject to supplier cancellation policies

  • Travbeez may amend or cancel bookings due to unavoidable or operational reasons

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deductions and as per supplier timelines

Travbeez shall not be liable for additional compensation beyond applicable refunds.

9. No Refund Policy

No refunds shall be provided for:

  • Unused or partially used services

  • Missed flights or sightseeing

  • Early departure or late arrival

  • Voluntary changes by the client

This applies under all circumstances.

10. No Third-Party Rights

These Terms & Conditions do not create any rights or benefits for third parties. Travbeez shall not entertain third-party claims.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Warangal, Telangana.

12. Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Warangal, under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, India.

13. Right to Amend

Travbeez reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
